바디완드 스퀴즈 3피스 티어드롭 케겔 세트 - 웨이티드 케겔 세트 - 3피스

I've been using the lightest teardrop for about two weeks during my morning routine, and the graduated weight progression really makes a difference—you can actually feel when you're ready to size up. The three pieces give you a nice built-in warm-up instead of jumping straight to the heaviest one.

The silicone on these is genuinely soft, not that tacky feeling some weighted balls have. I keep the medium teardrop in during my morning walk and barely notice it's there until I'm back home. Slowly working up to the heaviest one.

I started with the lightest teardrop and worked up over a couple weeks, and the gradual weight difference between the three actually makes it feel like real training instead of guesswork. They stay put once inserted and clean up easily with just warm water and soap.
